Before publishing: replace [LEGAL NAME], [CITY, STATE] and [STATE] below with your real details, and have this reviewed by a lawyer if you plan to take payments at scale. This is a solid starting template, not legal advice.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of theaimonke.com (the "Website") and any study material, notes, videos or services offered under the name The AI Monk-E (the "Service"), operated by [LEGAL NAME], based in [CITY, STATE], India.

By using the Website or obtaining any material from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Who can use the Service

You may use the Service if you are at least 18 years old, or if you are between 13 and 18 and use it with the involvement of a parent or guardian. By using the Service you confirm that the information you give us is accurate.

2. What we provide

  • Free video lectures published on our YouTube channel, covering UPSC General Studies Papers 1–4, Current Affairs and Anthropology Optional.
  • Compiled notes supplied as view-only Google Drive documents after a voluntary contribution, made through YouTube Super Thanks or YouTube channel membership.
  • Free updates to notes you have already received access to, delivered through the same Drive link.

We may add, change, reorganise or withdraw material at any time. Where a change materially affects access you have already paid for, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you by email.

3. Contributions and access

  • Contribution amounts are listed on the Notes & Pricing page and are quoted in Indian Rupees (₹).
  • Payments are collected by YouTube / Google through Super Thanks or channel membership. We do not collect, process or store your card, UPI or bank details at any point.
  • After contributing, you must email your transaction screenshot to theaimonke@gmail.com stating which pack you want. Access is granted manually, normally within 24 hours.
  • YouTube channel memberships are recurring and are managed entirely in your own YouTube account. We cannot start, pause or cancel them for you.
  • Access is personal, non-transferable, and granted to one individual.

4. How you may use the material

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the notes for your own exam preparation.

You may not:

  • share, forward, resell, sublicense or publish your access link or the notes;
  • copy, screenshot, transcribe, re-upload or redistribute the material in any form;
  • use the material to run a coaching class, batch, or any commercial offering;
  • attempt to bypass the view-only restrictions on the documents.

Breach of this clause allows us to revoke your access immediately and without refund.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Website and in the notes — text, structure, diagrams, logo, brand name and video material — belongs to [LEGAL NAME] unless stated otherwise, and is protected by Indian copyright law. Government publications, official syllabi and previous year questions remain the property of their respective bodies and are referenced for educational purposes only.

6. No guarantee of results

The Service is educational material. We do not promise selection, a particular rank, or a particular score in any examination. Your result depends on your own preparation, and no part of this Website should be read as a guarantee of outcome.

7. No official affiliation

The AI Monk-E is an independent educational channel. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) or any government body. Always confirm syllabus, dates and eligibility on the official UPSC website.

8. Third-party services

The Website links to third-party platforms including YouTube, Google Drive and Telegram. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their availability, content or conduct.

9. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the Website or the notes. Our total liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount you actually contributed for the material in question.

10. Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, share your access link, or misuse the Service. Where the breach is serious, no refund will be issued.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The revised version takes effect when posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
