Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. What you are paying for

All video lectures on The AI Monk-E YouTube channel are free. The only paid item is access to compiled notes, delivered as view-only Google Drive documents. Because delivery is digital and immediate on approval, this policy is written accordingly.

2. Try before you contribute

The entire syllabus is taught free on YouTube, and sample material is visible on the channel. We strongly encourage you to watch a full lecture on your chosen paper before contributing, so you know exactly what the notes are based on. If you're unsure, ask first at theaimonke@gmail.com — we would rather answer a question than process a refund.

3. General rule: contributions are non-refundable

Once access to a notes pack has been granted, the contribution is non-refundable. The material cannot be "returned" once it has been viewed, and the price is deliberately kept low on that basis.

4. When we will refund

We will issue a full refund in these situations:

• Duplicate payment — you contributed twice for the same pack by mistake.
• Access never delivered — you contributed, sent your screenshot, and did not receive access within 7 days despite following up.
• Wrong pack delivered — you received a pack other than the one you paid for and do not want the correct one instead.
• Overpayment — you contributed more than the listed price for your pack; the excess is returned.

To request one, email theaimonke@gmail.com within 7 days of your payment with your transaction screenshot, the date, the amount, and a one-line description of what went wrong.

5. How refunds are processed

Contributions are collected by YouTube / Google through Super Thanks or channel membership, not by us directly. Depending on the payment method:

• Where a refund can be initiated through Google's own process, we will help you raise it and support your claim.
• Where a direct reversal is not possible, we will return the amount to you by UPI or bank transfer to details you provide.

Approved refunds are initiated within 7 working days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the money usually appears within a further 5–10 working days.

6. YouTube channel memberships

Channel memberships are recurring subscriptions billed by YouTube. You can cancel a membership at any time from your own YouTube account, and cancellation stops future billing — it does not refund periods already charged. Refunds for membership charges are governed by Google's policies, not ours. Any notes access already unlocked through membership remains yours.

7. No refunds in these cases

• You changed your mind after receiving access.
• You did not use the notes, or your exam plans changed.
• You expected different content despite the free lectures being available to preview.
• Your access was revoked for sharing your link or otherwise breaching the Terms & Conditions.
• You did not clear an examination. Notes are study material, not an outcome guarantee.

8. Cancellation before delivery

If you contributed but have not yet been sent an access link, email us immediately and we will cancel the request and arrange a full refund.

9. Fair play

This is a one-person operation running on very thin margins so that notes can stay at ₹169. We handle genuine problems generously and quickly. We ask the same good faith in return.
