The monk, and the monkey mind
UPSC preparation is mostly an attention problem. The channel exists to remove everything that isn't the syllabus.
Good material shouldn't depend on your pin code
An aspirant in a metro with โน1.5 lakh for coaching and an aspirant in a small town with a phone and a data pack are preparing for the same paper. Only one of them has traditionally had access to structured teaching.
The AI Monk-E is a straightforward attempt to close that gap: put the entire syllabus โ General Studies Paper 1 through 4, Current Affairs, and the Anthropology optional โ on YouTube for free, permanently. Then offer the compiled notes for the price of a meal, so the channel can keep going.
That's the whole model. No batches, no counsellors, no countdown timers on a checkout page.
The monk
Stillness, repetition, and doing the boring thing daily. Nothing about this exam rewards drama โ it rewards someone who sat down again on day 300.
The AI
Modern tools, used to compress the grind โ faster compilation, cleaner structure, better revision material. The thinking is still yours.
The monkey mind
The restless mind that opens a lecture and ends up 40 minutes into something unrelated. Everything here is designed to give it less to grab onto.
Four commitments
Lectures stay free
Every video covering the syllabus is free to watch and will not be moved behind a paywall later.
Notes stay cheap
โน169 a paper. The number is chosen so that no one has to think twice, not to maximise revenue.
You pay once
Updates to notes you already own are free. No annual editions, no "new batch" repurchase.
No fake urgency
No fake seat counts, no expiring discounts, no guarantees about your rank. Just material and your own consistency.
Who's making these
Add your own words here. Two or three short paragraphs: where you're from, your own preparation journey, why you picked Anthropology as an optional, and what made you start recording lectures. Mention how people can reach you.
Aspirants trust a person far more than they trust a brand โ this paragraph converts better than any feature list on the site.
Until then: the fastest way to reach the person behind the channel is theaimonke@gmail.com, or the Telegram channel. Every email is read.
Start where you are.
Open a playlist tonight. Come back for the notes when the first revision is done.
